  Do not and I repeat do not go to this Tmobile for assistance and service. The sales representative Christina is a rude, unprofessional, and unintelligent person. We purchased a sim card. She didn’t bother to offer to put it in the phone. I had to ask her to do. She looked at me and asked “oh did you want me to put the sim card.” No duh! Isn’t that your job? Afterwards, the IPhone didn’t read the sim card, we went back to ask for help. She finally stated “Oh I noticed it was a Sprint IPhone. You’ll need to call them to unlock the phone in order for the sim card to connect to the phone.” Oh wow, Ms. Christina! That would have been nice to know instead of rushing us out the door. I think that night she was pmsing so bad or her boss was perhaps on her ass because she wasn’t meeting her commission goals. You’re hired to do your job. If you’re are not willing to help, then there’s the door. Christina is the brunette caucasian female. She’s nasty and bitter to her customers! Because of her we are looking for another phone provider.
